Young Professionals with Migrant Parents – We Want to Hear from You!

🔍 Call for Participants – Research on Children of Migrants’ Inclusion in Professional Workplaces (University of Sussex)

Are you aged 20–35, born or raised and educated in the UK, and employed in a professional role in London/South East?

Have your parents migrated to the UK from another European or non-European country?

We are conducting a research study at the University of Sussex exploring how young professionals of European or non-European background experience inclusion, worth and belonging in their workplaces in the UK.

✔️ Participation is voluntary.
✔️It involves a 60–75-minute interview with a researcher.
✔️Interviews will be held at a convenient time and place.
✔️Full informed consent, confidentiality, and anonymity will be ensured.
✔️ Your insights will greatly improve understanding of value and inclusion at work.
✔️ We offer a ÂŁ20 shopping voucher as a small thank you.

This is a voluntary study, and your participation is entirely up to you.

If you’re interested in learning more, please message Selin directly at s.sivis@sussex.ac.uk or get in touch via LinkedIn.
